Award-winning media executive Keith Clinkscales is the founder of The Shadow League, a company that offers sports news with a cultural perspective. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and sits on the advisory board of the Howard University School of Communications. Previously, Keith Clinkscales was CEO of REVOLT Media & TV. He joined the new company in 2013 to help it become the third largest independent network launch in cable television history, reaching 50 million young adults. He also steered the company’s multi-platform expansion strategy, overseeing partnerships such as its 2015 collaboration with AT&T U-verse.
REVOLT partnered with AT&T U-verse in 2015 to bring on-demand music programming to a broader audience. After announcing the partnership in July, AT&T U-verse included REVOLT into its U300 package, giving its customers almost unlimited access to on-demand video, on the go. Young adults, who made up the core of REVOLT’s audience, could now access the media company’s curated music content on any screen or device. This increased visibility, and also reinforced the authority of the REVOLT brand.
